Wednesday 7th and Thursday 8th of August saw Stormfront Productions present
the Samaritan College Band Programme's Beginner and Junior Concert Bands,
our newly formed GLEE CLUB and 3 feature soloists as part of the 2019 cast of the
Samaritan College "SPECTACULAR" at Whyalla's Middleback Arts Centre.

This variety concert extravaganza was a great success -
and a wonderful opportunity for our young performers to showcase their talents in the elite Country Arts SA venue.

Singing her Debut Original Single "Papa's Song" our Whyalla Recording Scholarship Junior Winner Jaylee Daniels
shone onstage, proving extremely popular with the enthusiastic audiences at the Matinee and Evening concert.

Guest soloists Ciara Francis & Natasha Taylor
also performed on the show, proving themselves as professional musicians and artists,
and were very deserving of their moment in the spotlight!

The Junior Concert Band ROCKED the Middleback Arts Centre with their rock, pop & jazz pieces,
with the Beginner Band giving a Spectacular-ly colourful, professional and impressive performance,
and the newly formed GLEE CLUB sang and performed beautifully too!

Months of rehearsals lead up to the very busy performance week
with students learning all about stage-craft and the theatre by attending Tuesday's soundcheck,
Wednesday's full dress rehearsal and matinee performance
and SELL OUT performance on Thursday night.

THANK YOU to:

Samaritan College and Lisa Curtis

ALL the fantastic students & parents!
